Marlene Keller is a retired Financial Manager for Sandia National Laboratories (NM) and, prior to that, was an auditor for the California Legislature, budget analyst for UC Davis, and a budget supervisor for the State of New Mexico. She grew up in Richmond, graduated from Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ in 1969 and then attended UC Berkeley, receiving her BA and MA in History and a Master’s in Public Policy. She currently serves as a volunteer with a number of local organizations, including as Financial Officer for The El Cerrito Library Foundation and as a member of the city of El Cerrito’s Financial Advisory Board.
